3 grabs, beat every enemy with a super (the final enemy specifically with an ultimate), use supers a bit, transform, stay above 80% health (better to take no damage at all) get a couple perfect blocks/just guards, win fast. You only need to z rank most of them to get PU. You can leave one without a z rank in the end as long as the rest have z rank.

I think the only thing you need to z rank are the elder kai missions for potential unleashed. Advancement Tests actually.
